Gibson Years

Les Paul  Oxblood finish

This is a unique guitar, made by Gibson specifically, to specifaction that he presented to them.

The story is, Back in the very early beginings of Bon Jovi, his first "proper" guitar looked identical to to this one, but was stolen back in the early 1980's. A traumatic expirience for any guitarist!, so years later he wanted to recreate his "lost" Guitar. The guitar was finished in what was Oxblood, which looks almost black but with a deep dark red colour to it. It was inspired by Jeff Beck's classic "blow by blow" album cover.
